Can you export a brand-new Mercedes-Benz?
No. Mercedes-Benz USA restricts export of new cars, so for Germany, Albania and Kosovo we source used, certified pre-owned and off-lease cars only. Within the US we can help with new cars too.
Do I need to travel to the US?
No. You get photos, video, the VIN and the history report for every match, and our mechanic inspects the car before you commit.
How long does it take?
Most searches are done in under two weeks. Shipping adds about two weeks to Germany, and three to five weeks to Albania and Kosovo, plus customs and delivery.
How does your fee work?
A flat finder fee, written in your quote before we start. Shipping, duty, VAT and conversion are listed separately.
Will a US car pass TÜV in Germany?
Usually, after some changes such as lighting. Our homologation partner does the work and gets the car through TÜV and registration.
